Refund & Cancellation Policy – SeaCation Rentals
At SeaCation Rentals, we strive to provide every guest with a safe, enjoyable, and reliable on-the-water experience. We understand that plans can change, and mechanical issues can occur, so we've created a fair and transparent refund policy for your peace of mind.
Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled rental will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the scheduled rental will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled rental are non-refundable.

No-shows will be charged in full with no refund issued.
Weather-Related Cancellations

If SeaCation Rentals cancels your reservation due to unsafe weather conditions, you will receive a full refund or have the option to reschedule based on availability.

All weather-related cancellations are at the sole discretion of SeaCation Rentals based on real-time conditions and safety assessments.
Mechanical Issues

If the WaveRunners are unavailable due to mechanical failure or maintenance, a full refund will be issued.

If a mechanical issue occurs during your rental period, we will refund the portion of the rental time remaining after the issue is reported and verified.

We strive to ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in excellent working condition before every rental.
Late Arrivals & Early Returns

No refunds or credits will be issued for late arrivals, early returns, or unused rental time.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled rental time for check-in and safety instructions.
Damage & Equipment Return

All equipment must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

Any damage to the WaveRunners or other equipment will be assessed, and repair or replacement costs will be the responsibility of the renter.

Refunds will not be issued for rentals ended early due to misuse, unsafe operation, or violation of rental terms.
